ANNOUNCING the next series of BIRTHFIT Classes taking place in January at Shanti Yoga Roots Studio!
What is BIRTHFIT?
BIRTHFIT is education. BIRTHFIT is Fitness, Nutrition, Chiropractic and Mindset.  The Postpartum Series is a 4 week 8 class Series.
The next Series starts January 8th
Mon–Wed, 10:00-11:15 @ Shanti Yoga Roots
Every single Postpartum mama can benefit from the Postpartum Series. 

Mamas 6 weeks to 5 years postpartum have seen results from the series.
Our training is not to “get your pre baby bod back.” You have created a life and that should be celebrated!!! Let’s move forward not “back.” The core needs healing. A weak core leads to dysfunctional movement, which can lead to injury.  Whether you like to run, Crossfit, practice yoga, or whatever type of movement is your thing- you need core strength.  Weight shifts forward through pregnancy, time to work on posture and fire up that posterior chain!

We will discuss nutrition, intentional movement, practice mindset and breathwork + connect with other Postpartum mamas.  You will get so much more from this class than just fitness.
